Designed to maintain pump priming in compact suction line configurations, the UPVC Single Union Foot Valve integrates a check valve with a bottom strainer screen and a single union connection port. Installed at the terminus of pump suction lines, it prevents liquid drain-back during pump shutdown cycles, ensuring instantaneous pump priming upon startup. The single union design gives technicians quick access to clean the internal valve seat or service the strainer screen without disassembling the main suction piping.
