The UPVC Flap Type Foot Valve is a high-volume pump suction valve engineered with a hinged swing-flap mechanism and an integrated inlet strainer. Designed specifically for low-head suction applications and high-flow pump intakes, the hinged flap opens fully under minimal forward suction pressure, offering significantly lower flow resistance than standard spring or ball check foot valves. The large-surface bottom strainer screen prevents trash, algae, and debris from entering pump suction lines. Constructed entirely from industrial UPVC with stainless steel or non-metallic hinge hardware, it delivers reliable priming retention and long-term corrosion resistance in harsh aquatic and chemical environments.
