Our PPH True Union Ball Valve is a heavy-duty quarter-turn shutoff valve engineered for severe chemical processing environments involving high temperatures (up to 100°C), strong acids, and organic solvents. Built with a dual union-nut architecture, this valve permits the central valve body to be isolated and removed from the pipeline for seal maintenance without cutting adjacent pipe runs. The high-density PPH body features a mirror-polished spherical ball, PTFE seats, and double O-ring stem seals that ensure low operating hand torque and bubble-tight shutoff. An internal carrier seal retainer keeps upstream fluid locked safely under pressure even if the downstream union nut is removed.
