The PPH Double Union Check Valve is a heavy-duty backflow prevention valve designed for aggressive, high-temperature chemical transport lines operating up to 100°C. Featuring a dual true-union design, the valve body can be removed easily from the pipeline for internal seat cleaning or seal replacement without cutting pipe runs. Equipped with a hydrodynamically guided internal disc and an elastomeric seat, it responds rapidly to flow reversal, sealing tightly before backflow can damage upstream pumps or equipment. Manufactured from β-crystalline PPH resin, it offers superior resistance to stress cracking, chemical erosion, and continuous hydrostatic pressure.
