Designed for high-temperature chemical lines where metal components cannot be used, the PPH Single Union Ball Check Valve provides reliable backflow protection using a free-floating spherical ball mechanism. Constructed from high-purity Polypropylene Homopolymer (PPH) rated up to 100°C, it lifts the free ball into a side pocket under forward flow, opening a clean, full-port flow path. When flow stops, gravity and back-pressure drive the ball back into its seat, forming a leak-proof seal against reverse flow. The single union disconnect end provides convenient inline access for cleaning the internal ball chamber without disturbing main line connections.
