The PPH Sampling Valve is a specialized micro-metering valve designed to extract uncontaminated liquid samples directly from active process pipelines and reaction vessels handling aggressive hot acids and organic solvents. Molded from β-crystalline Polypropylene Homopolymer (PPH), it provides outstanding chemical resistance and high thermal stability up to 100°C. The valve features a fine-threaded metering stem and an ergonomic knob that allows operators to adjust sample flow with extreme accuracy—from precise drop-by-drop extraction to a continuous stream. Designed with a short dead-leg internal body, it prevents fluid stagnation and sample contamination between extraction cycles.
