Our PPH Pipe Union is a heavy-duty, three-piece modular disconnect fitting engineered to provide a rapid, non-destructive isolation point within permanent Polypropylene Homopolymer piping systems. Designed to facilitate quick maintenance, equipment cleaning, or replacement of inline components—such as dosing pumps, flow meters, and filter housings—this union permits easy section removal without cutting into surrounding pipe runs. The assembly consists of two socket ends, a precision-threaded union nut, and an elastomeric O-ring face seal, all molded from high-purity PPH resin. Its heavy-wall construction and precision buttress threads deliver exceptional axial clamping forces, compressing the internal O-ring to form a 100% bubble-tight seal that resists continuous hydrostatic pressure, severe thermal cycling (up to 100°C), and harsh chemical media over decades of continuous operation.
