The PPH Y-Type Strainer is a high-performance inline filtration unit engineered to protect critical downstream process equipment—including pumps, control valves, spray nozzles, and instrumentation—from particulate matter, pipe scale, and suspended solids. Featuring a streamlined "Y" configuration, it directs fluid through a removable perforated PPH filter element that captures debris while preserving high flow volume and low pressure differential across the strainer body. Manufactured from β-crystalline modified PPH, the entire housing and screen assembly offer exceptional chemical resistance to concentrated acids, bleaching agents, and industrial chemical effluents at operating temperatures reaching 100°C. The ergonomic Y-body features a heavy threaded access cap with an integrated O-ring seal, enabling operators to flush trapped solids or clean the filter basket quickly with minimal system interruption.
