The PPH Van Stone Flange (Two-Piece Loose Flange Assembly) is an advanced mechanical joining solution specifically engineered to connect PPH process pipelines to flanged pumps, control valves, metallic vessels, and reaction tanks in heavy-duty chemical environments. Constructed from β-crystalline high-density Polypropylene Homopolymer (PPH), this fitting provides superior chemical resistance to aggressive organic and inorganic acids, alkaline solutions, and industrial solvents at continuous operating temperatures up to 100°C. The two-piece design features an independent rotating outer flange ring mounted over a heavy socket stub end, enabling full 360° rotation for effortless bolt-hole alignment during field assembly. Built with extra radial webbing and a heavy flange ring profile, it distributes bolt clamping torque evenly without warping or cracking, ensuring long-term pressure tightness under severe thermal expansion and vibration loads.
