The UPVC Pneumatic True Union Ball Valve is a fully automated quarter-turn valve assembly designed for high-speed, remote-controlled fluid isolation and automated process regulation in industrial chemical plants. Comprising an industrial-grade UPVC true-union ball valve fitted with a high-performance pneumatic rack-and-pinion actuator, this automated package delivers fast, reliable open/close cycling powered by compressed air. The pneumatic actuator is available in double-acting or spring-return (fail-safe) configurations, featuring a rugged aluminum or composite housing for harsh environments. With its chemical-resistant plastic valve body, full-port flow path, and fast actuation speed, it provides an efficient, automated flow control solution for corrosive chemical loops and automated water skids.
