The UPVC Pneumatic Butterfly Valve is an automated, high-flow rate throttling and isolation valve designed for large-diameter piping loops in industrial chemical processing and water treatment systems. Combining a lightweight, chemical-grade UPVC butterfly valve body with a rugged pneumatic rack-and-pinion actuator, this assembly provides fast, high-torque rotary action powered by plant compressed air. The valve features a contoured disc profile that minimizes internal fluid drag, paired with a full-face elastomeric liner that serves as both the internal disc seal and outer flange gasket. Equipped with standard Namur mounting interfaces, it allows easy integration of limit switch boxes, solenoid valves, and positioners for remote PLC control, making it an ideal automated solution for aggressive chemical lines requiring rapid cycling and high flow capacity.
