Our Industrial UPVC Double Union Check Valve is a critical backflow prevention valve engineered to prevent reverse fluid flow and protect upstream pumps and equipment from pressure surges. Featuring a double true-union structure, the valve body can be removed easily from the pipeline for internal seat cleaning, seal inspection, or spring replacement without cutting connected pipe runs. Designed with an internal guide mechanism and a weighted or spring-assisted seating disc, it responds rapidly to fluid direction changes, closing tightly before backflow can develop. Its full-bore interior provides minimum resistance to forward flow, while the all-plastic body matrix guarantees complete protection against corrosive fluid attack.
