The CPVC True Union Ball Valve is a heavy-duty quarter-turn valve specifically engineered for elevated-temperature chemical lines operating up to 93°C (200°F). Constructed from chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), this valve maintains exceptional mechanical strength, pressure containment, and dimensional stability under severe thermal loads. Its dual union-nut architecture enables complete inline body removal for maintenance without cutting into existing pipe runs. Featuring a mirror-finished spherical ball, PTFE seats, and a double-O-ring stem seal, it delivers smooth quarter-turn operation with bubble-tight shutoff. The internal carrier seal retainer keeps upstream pressure locked safely in place even if the downstream union nut is disconnected for servicing.
