The UPVC Flanged Ball Check Valve is a flanged backflow prevention valve that utilizes a free-floating internal spherical ball to block reverse fluid flow in heavy-duty industrial pipelines. Designed to bolt directly between companion flanges in large process loops, it eliminates the need for extra union adapters or threaded transitions. As forward flow enters the valve, it lifts the ball into an upper guide chamber, creating an unrestricted, full-port flow path. When flow stops, the ball drops back onto its elastomeric seat, forming an immediate seal against backflow. Its spring-free, all-plastic construction prevents mechanical jamming and internal metal corrosion in chemical lines.
