Our Industrial UPVC Water Tank Joint (Bulkhead Fitting) is a heavy-duty, high-integrity mechanical pass-through fitting specifically engineered to establish an airtight and liquid-tight seal through the walls of storage vessels, chemical tanks, water reservoirs, and industrial processing containment tanks. Designed to endure continuous hydrostatic head pressure, chemical exposure, and vessel wall flex, this fitting provides a permanent, leak-proof inlet or outlet point without compromising the structural integrity of the tank wall. The assembly features a precision-machined heavy UPVC body with exterior high-torque threads, an extra-thick compression flange nut, and custom-molded age-resistant elastomeric gaskets. Unlike light-duty plastic tank connectors, our industrial-grade joint incorporates an extra-wide gasket seating area that ensures uniform perimeter compression, preventing gasket creep or blowout even under high liquid heads, intense thermal expansion, or continuous pump suction vibration.
