Our Industrial UPVC Integral Pipe Flange is a single-piece, heavy-duty flanged fitting designed to provide a permanent, ultra-rigid connection interface between UPVC pipelines and flanged equipment such as pumps, control valves, heat exchangers, and metallic vessels. Manufactured as a monolithic single molding—where the flange ring and socket sleeve are unified into one continuous structural body—this fitting completely eliminates the weak points and alignment issues associated with two-piece van stone or glued-on flange assemblies. Engineered with heavy radial reinforcement webbing and an extra-thick flange face, it is built to withstand high bolt torque limits without bending, cracking, or warping during flange makeup. The smooth sealing face features concentric micro-grooves designed to lock flange gaskets tightly in place, ensuring an impenetrable seal under continuous line pressure, high vacuum conditions, and aggressive chemical processing environments.
