Our PPH Swing Check Valve is a full-bore, high-capacity backflow prevention valve featuring a free-swinging internal flap disc designed for large-diameter hot chemical pipelines. Operating automatically on fluid velocity and gravity, the internal disc swings open completely as forward flow begins, creating an unrestricted flow path with minimal pressure drop. When flow stops, the weighted disc swings back onto its angled seat, preventing flow reversal and water-hammer impact. Built entirely from industrial-grade PPH rated up to 100°C with non-metallic or titanium pin hardware, it offers superior resistance to hot acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.
