The CPVC Van Stone Flange (Two-Piece Rotating Flange) is an advanced flanged fitting featuring a two-piece design with an independent rotating outer ring over a solvent-weld hub. This configuration allows easy 360° bolt-hole alignment with matching valves, pumps, or metallic equipment without requiring precise pipe rotation during assembly. Designed specifically for high-temperature and aggressive chemical service, the hub and rotating ring are molded from high-impact CPVC, providing robust resistance to bolt-torque deformation, stress cracking, and chemical attack. The machined flange face incorporates concentric sealing rings that grip gaskets securely, providing a bubble-tight seal under high pressure and thermal cycling.
