Our CPVC Male Thread Adapter is designed to connect solvent-welded CPVC socket lines directly into female-threaded pumps, tanks, filters, or metal valves handling hot or corrosive media. Engineered for maximum tensile strength and thread shear resistance, it provides a durable mechanical link between permanent plastic pipe runs and removable mechanical components. The fitting incorporates a molded heavy-duty hexagon collar that gives installation technicians a firm wrench grip for safe, high-torque assembly without damaging the fitting body. Its chemically inert compound resists scale formation and thread binding, ensuring long-term joint reliability under high working pressures and thermal cycling.
