The CPVC Cross Tee is a heavy-duty 4-port intersection fitting designed for complex elevated-temperature piping manifolds, chemical distribution headers, and dosing grids. It provides a compact junction that splits fluid flow into three branch directions or converges multiple supply lines into a single output within hot fluid processing systems. Engineered with exact 90° port alignment, it simplifies grid layouts and reduces the space footprint of complex skid piping. The heavy-walled central chamber withstands simultaneous multi-directional fluid forces, thermal expansion stresses, and mechanical vibration, providing a durable solution for chemical distribution manifolds.
Technical & Design Advantages:
4-Port Precision Alignment: Molded with exact 90° port spacing to maintain precise alignment across complex grid systems.
Heavy-Wall Stress Distribution: Thickened junction walls withstand fluid impact and multi-directional mechanical strain from connecting pipes.
High-Temperature Rigidity: Maintains structural shape, port alignment, and pressure capacity at temperatures up to 93°C (200°F).
Corrosion-Free Construction: Immune to chemical oxidation, atmospheric corrosion, and chemical degradation in aggressive plant environments.
Zhejiang Feiya Plastic Co., Ltd. is located in Zhejiang Province, adjacent to Yiwu — the world‑renowned capital of small commodities. It enjoys convenient transport links to coastal cities including Shanghai, Hangzhou, Ningbo and Taizhou, backed by well‑developed logistics networks.
Our journey started in 1992 as Jiangshan Sanjin Machinery & Hardware Factory. We strategically turned to PVC piping production in 2001 and registered our proprietary FEIYA brand in 2002. With over 30 years of industrial expertise, our 40‑acre factory boasts a building area of 50,000 m². As an original manufacturer for plastic pipes, fittings and valves, we serve domestic markets and export our products to more than 100 countries around the globe.
